Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work will be communicated to the customer and, when appropriate, approved before additional work is performed.

3. Service Appointments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property and plumbing issue.

Appointment and arrival times are estimates and may be affected by emergency calls, traffic, job conditions, or circumstances outside of Plumbing MD's control.

4. Access to Property

Customers agree to provide Plumbing MD with reasonable access to the property and areas necessary to perform the requested services.

Customers should inform Plumbing MD of known hazards, access restrictions, or conditions that may affect the work.

5. Parts & Materials

Plumbing MD may use parts and materials reasonably necessary to complete the agreed-upon work. Availability of specific brands, models, or materials may vary.

When a specific product or equipment is requested by the customer, availability and pricing will be confirmed before installation whenever possible.

6. Permits & Code Requirements

Certain plumbing work may require permits, inspections, or compliance with applicable federal, state, or local codes and regulations.

Plumbing MD will communicate applicable permit or inspection requirements as appropriate for the work being performed.

7. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms provided on the estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Additional charges may apply for work requested beyond the original scope or for conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before work began.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers are asked to provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Any applicable cancellation or service charges will be communicated to the customer before they apply.

9. Warranties

Any warranty provided by Plumbing MD will be subject to the specific terms communicated to the customer at the time of service.

Manufacturer warranties for equipment or materials are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

10. Existing Conditions

Plumbing MD is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage, defective materials, or problems unrelated to the work performed.

If additional issues are discovered during service, Plumbing MD will communicate those issues to the customer before performing additional work whenever reasonably possible.

11. Emergency Services

Plumbing MD is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for plumbing service.

Emergency service response times and pricing may vary depending on availability, location, traffic, job conditions, and the nature of the emergency.

Customers should take reasonable steps to minimize potential damage when possible, including shutting off the appropriate water supply when safe to do so.

12. Website Information

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and does not guarantee service availability, pricing, response times, or a particular outcome.

Plumbing MD reserves the right to update website content, services, pricing, and availability without notice.

13. Limitation of Liability
